Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nordic Blue, you agree to these terms. If you are using Nordic Blue on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Nordic Blue is an AI-powered recruitment agency that helps companies find and evaluate candidates. Our services include candidate sourcing, CV screening, AI-assisted scoring, and delivery of ranked shortlists.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One company account per organization — do not create duplicate accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

• Nordic Blue operates on a per-engagement pricing model
• Prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) unless otherwise stated
• Scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon before each engagement begins
• Invoices are issued according to the terms of the individual engagement agreement
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

• Each engagement typically includes a ranked shortlist of candidates scored against your requirements
• Candidate reports include AI-generated scores, strengths, concerns, and match reasoning
• Passive candidate sourcing and outreach drafts may be included depending on the engagement
• All deliverables are provided through the Nordic Blue platform

You agree not to:

• Use the service for discriminatory hiring practices
• Upload files containing malware or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI scoring system
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service to collect personal data for purposes other than recruiting

Nordic Blue uses AI to analyze CVs, score candidates, and generate outreach drafts. AI outputs are tools to assist your hiring decisions — they are not guarantees of candidate quality or suitability.

• AI scores are advisory — final hiring decisions are always yours
• We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy
• You should review AI-generated outreach before sending it to candidates

Your use of Nordic Blue is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of candidate data complies with applicable laws, including GDPR.

• Nordic Blue and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Nordic Blue
• You retain ownership of all data you upload (CVs, job descriptions, etc.)
• We do not claim ownership of candidate data processed through our service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nordic Blue is not liable for hiring decisions made based on AI-generated scores or recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained in read-only mode unless you request deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
